The staff provided great recommendations for local attractions. I appreciated the luggage storage. It helped me a lot since i arrived a week before my check-in date. The team ALWAYS offered assistance, even with last-minute rooftop bar reservations.
The room décor felt a little dated for my taste.

wonderful service bicycle tour amazing breakfast quiet air conditioning
Jason and the team provided wonderful service. Nothing was too much trouble! I appreciated the bike tour, which showed me parts of the city I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. The breakfast offered multiple options and was always great. The decor, ambience, and style impressed me. I also noticed the quiet air conditioning.

the staff were very helpful. they offered excellent advice on places to eat. breakfast was superb and plentiful too.
The doors to the room did not feel secure. This was concerning. our bathroom lacked a door for privacy.

helpful team early luggage drop-off smiling staff gluten-free option
The team assisted with rooftop bar bookings. Staff dropped off luggage prior to check-in as i traveled. Hosting staff were consistently smiling and professional. Breakfast included gluten-free options and a separate menu.
The doorless toilet and bathroom design was slightly awkward. An internal door to the adjacent building would be convenient, eliminating the need to go outside.
