The staff provided great recommendations for local attractions. I appreciated the luggage storage. It helped me a lot since i arrived a week before my check-in date. The team ALWAYS offered assistance, even with last-minute rooftop bar reservations.

Jason and the team provided wonderful service. Nothing was too much trouble! I appreciated the bike tour, which showed me parts of the city I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. The breakfast offered multiple options and was always great. The decor, ambience, and style impressed me. I also noticed the quiet air conditioning.

The team assisted with rooftop bar bookings. Staff dropped off luggage prior to check-in as i traveled. Hosting staff were consistently smiling and professional. Breakfast included gluten-free options and a separate menu.

The doorless toilet and bathroom design was slightly awkward. An internal door to the adjacent building would be convenient, eliminating the need to go outside.
